Drs. Craig Hamilton and Keith Kohorst have the unique distinction of being the first duo honored as distinguished contributors in the UNLV Athletics Hall of Fame. This recognition is fitting for two individuals who have partnered in serving patient athletes within UNLV. Their optometry practice has catered to the vision needs of UNLV Athletics, providing care to countless Rebel players, coaches, staff, and their families. They remain the preferred choice for sports teams, both amateur and professional, in southern Nevada.

Dr. Hamilton has served on the boards of the UNLV Golf Foundation and the UNLV Football Foundation, as well as the UNLV Athletics Hall of Fame Committee, which now honors him. Dr. Kohorst began his journey in optometry while playing as an offensive lineman for UNLV's football team. Both have completed extensive coursework to enhance athletes' performance and have published numerous articles in sports and optometric magazines. They have also served as personal mentors to athletes over the years.
